Anna Cruickshank is a Senior Lecturer in the area of Culinary Innovation and Food Product Development at Technological University Dublin (formerly DIT).Her educational background in Food Science and Engineering Technology gave her a broad base on which she established her career in the food industry in the chilled ready-meals sector. Anna Cruickshank lectures in the areas of Culinary Science, Food Innovation & Development and is chair of the MSc in Culinary Innovation & Food Product Development. Anna also acts as an External Examiner for several courses at the College of Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE) which leads to an award of the University of Ulster.
